To many people who believed pap business is local and unattractive venture, they might have another perspective towards that, if what Oluwakemi an adventurous society lady have up her sleeves for the business.
Adedayo a well travelled and educated woman who dumped her university certificate for pap business is set to revamp the business
" I want to erase that doubt in many that, without a white collar job one can't make it , no. I have worked in a banking sector before now, so I know what am saying. I have also travelled to different countries for exposure, so when I decided to explore the market of pap and called it "OMOGE OLOGI" it's not just that I woke up one day and then decided to go into it , no. It is a thing that has been in me even before I travelled out of the country years back before I returned recently. Pap business should not be seen as mainly for local people or illiterates. Pap has been a traditional meal and what I am doing currently is to add value by redefining this local meal called Ogi.
But for the recent pandemic that is ravaging the world Kemi would have showcased her dexterity in the business of ogi
" I was supposed to be at Laide Bakare' event in Ibadan and some other planned events this week to showcase my products but the issue of the coronavirus forced the postponement, there are other events I am supposed to attend which were called off, but hopefully after all the houlahoboo of the outbreak I will go full throttle on my business. My plan is to add more variants to what we already have in stock and that made us to aquire some machines to aid production in order to meet up with our customers demand "
No holds bared in her opinion, the beautiful socialite spoke about the coronavirus that has currently held the whole world spell bound
" Seriously, the thing is affecting every sector of business, there is need to boost our immune system especially in this trying time. My Nutripap contains antioxidants and disease fighting spices.
" This is a serious issue that needs immediate attention, God help us to get over this outbreak"
She also went back the memory lane on how she started it all
“When I started in 2012 I took a break, to pursue other stuffs then I came back to it again. Although I do other things apart the ogi, but omoge ologi is the name people know me with although I am an entrepreneur, artist, baker enthusiasts and I also love to travel so I like to explore a lot of things, I don’t just stay in one area”
The Ogun State born entrepreneur also speaks on how she deals with her male clients
" I am always polite with them, in the most friendly manner. I smile a lot so I hardly get annoyed but then I have boundaries"
She will however not speak much on her private life.
